Solstice Greetings,

Just sharing a photo of sunrise in Cambridge by the Cam and sunset on the south coast - in Brighton a couple of nights ago. As we settle into the shortest day and longest night. I would like to just say Thank You - to each and everyone of you for making the classes that I share with you the memorable and enjoyable moments that they are. I gain so very much from every interaction with you - and am already looking forward to the classes I wish to share in the coming new year.

I'm taking some time to sit in quiet practice and use this long night as a moment to set intentions for the coming year - sowing the seeds for a fruitful 2026.
