Welcome

I have been teaching yoga since 2019. My approach is rooted in the belief that Yoga is not something to strive for — but something to discover from within, it is a discovering of the self, a reconnection.

My classes centre around cultivating a feeling of presence in the body, awareness of breath, and a gentle kindness toward the self — offering space to pause, soften, and listen.

Whether you're new to yoga or returning to your mat, my classes offer a grounded, thoughtful practice — one that honours the shifting seasons of the body and mind, and welcomes you just as you are.

My Story

I moved to Cambridge with my family in 2012. In 2019 I began my training, completing my 200 hour teaching qualification as well as Restorative and Nidra CPD.

I have taught yoga in a range of settings, always adapting my teaching to meet people where they are. I currently run enrichment sessions for young people at The Stephen Perse Foundation and Hills Road Sixth Form College, where I also teach Art & Design. My Thursday evening adult class at the Hills Road Sports Centre offers a consistent space for adults to come home to themselves through movement and breath. I am also now offering weekly classes at the Breathing Space, on Grange Road in Newnham.
