Ready for Your Yoga Journey?

You're warmly invited to join a weekly class designed to support you in finding steadiness, softness, and space — both within and around you.

​

These sessions are open to all, whether you're new to yoga or returning after time away. Each class offers a blend of gentle movement, breath awareness, and moments of stillness. There’s no pressure to perform — simply an invitation to listen, to feel, and to meet yourself just as you are.

​

We move with the seasons, adjust with the energy in the room, and always return to what matters: the breath, the body, and the now.

 

What you will learn in the classes: 

  • Fundamentals of yoga poses

  • Improved understanding of your anatomy and how it relates to your own mobility/flexibility

  • An understanding of hatha yoga philosophy and terminology

  • A little more about yourself

Thursday Evening Yoga

Time: 6:30 – 7:30pm
Location: Hills Road Sports Centre, Cambridge

​

An evening practice to gently unwind from the week and reconnect with your breath and body. Suitable for all levels, including beginners. Please contact me to book a place.

​

Wednesday Lunchtime - Midweek Reset​

Time: 11:45 - 1:00pm

Location: the Breathing Space in Newnham, on Grange Road.

 

This hatha class is a chance to shift focus - re align - and stretch to overcome what can often be a mid week slump or bump. Expect to leave refreshed and re-focussed for the remaining week.

Friday afternoon - All about Savasana

Time: 1:30 - 2:45pm

Location: the Breathing Space in Newnham, on Grange Road.

 

This class is a dedicated time to restore and replenish. Using traditional asana practice but with a focus on releasing muscle tension, moving away from the chatter of the mind into a calmer space. This will be a floor-based practice. 

​

Yoga for Young People (School Enrichment)

Monika also teaches yoga as part of school enrichment programs, offering students tools for emotional regulation, grounding, and self-awareness. These sessions combine accessible movement with mindfulness, breathwork, and creative reflection.
